Phase 4 - The final phase to complete the redevelopment of Quedgeley West Business Park, with plans for a further 140,000 sq ft in units from 13,000 to 36,000 sq ft or the ability to deliver a purpose built facility of upto circa 70,000 sq ft.
St. Modwen will continue to provide a long term and high quality managed estate at Quedgeley West Business Park which includes monitored entrance gates and estate CCTV.
Development Phases
St. Modwen's redevelopment of this former Ministry of Defence site is being undertaken in four phases:
Phase 1 - St.Modwen pre - let and built a 96,000 sq ft warehouse for Prestoplan which was completed in 2006.
Phase 2 - comprises one of Gloucester's largest ever speculative warehousing schemes, with 120,000 sq ft of accommodation in 6 units completed in 2008. 4 of the units are occupied having been sold and let to companies including Gardiner Bros, SPX Corporation and City Link. Only Unit E comprising 31,865 sq ft remains available for purchase or rent.
Phase 3 - In February 2008, St. Modwen pre - sold a 102,000 sq ft distribution warehouse to CM Downton Ltd with construction completed in November 2008.
